METHOD
Rub basil leaves around the inside of the glass and discard. Combine and shake gin, juices and syrup with ice, pour into glass then float rosé wine on top.

- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml fresh clementine juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Rosé wine
