Order Process

We use Stripe’s payment gateway to process all payments.
Upon ordering with us we will receive a notification of your order. We aim to process all orders for dispatch within 2 working days of cleared funds.
We send all bottles in protective packaging via Collect+
We will update you via email once your order has been dispatched and supply you with a Post Office tracking number.
We only sell within the UK mainland and reserve the right to refund an order that we deem unreasonable to fulfil.

Refunds

We don’t accept any refunds for products if they are received as ordered.
Any damages must be reported on the day of receipt and photo evidence must be sent to: info@kurogin.co.uk stating the order number.
